APN or Access Point Name. The Access Point Name or (APN) is a gateway between the Cellular Network and the internet.
The Purpose of the Access Point Name or (APN) on mobile phones connects to this gateway between the Cellular Network and the internet. The Access Point Name or (APN) finds the IP address that the device is to identify with on the network, determines if a private network is needed, chooses the correct security settings, and more.
How to set-up APN in Mobile Phone Settings?
Just follow the basic steps below:
Go to Phone Setting > SIM Card & mobile data > Access Point Name > Click ( + ) sign upper right side. You can choose the APN Setup Below that corresponds to your Sim Network.
For Globe & TM Network Access Point Name (APN):
